Basic Guidelines

1) Please be courteous to everyone on the forums; If something someone is doing happens to bother you for whatever reason, ask them kindly to stop. If they maintain their behavior, please inform a mod or the admin; they will take care of the problem as best they can.

What you should not do is get into a argument and spam a board with your angry words. We would like to maintain a friendly and content atmosphere around the forums so if you absolutely must talk/argue with someone, do it over pms.

2) Art thievery or plagiarism will not be tolerated. Any art you use must be done by yourself or given to you with permission from a different person. If it is found out that you have taken art without the consent of the respective artist, you will be asked immediately to take it down. If you do not comply with the requests, you can full well expect to be banned.

The same goes for written works. Do not, say, make a character named Balto who happens to be a wolf-dog that ran the Iditarod. Not only is that plagiarism, it's incredibly tacky. You have your own mind and own imagination, use it to create something unique.

3) In no way, shape, or form will you attack/flame someone for anything that they may have said or done. If their actions are breaking other rules or are questionable, please inform a mod. They will investigate and handle the situation.

Roleplaying Guidelines

As far as roleplaying goes, there are a few basic guidelines that you will be asked to follow:

1) Do not god-mode. This means playing as if your character is a supreme being that can defeat and beat one everyone else, or do whatever they want. Your character is not invulnerable and cannot reign supreme over the others.

For example of what not to do:

My character evades all your characters' attacks and doesn't feel pain, like, EVER. My character is so fast and powerful he kills all of your characters with one bite.

2) Do not power-play unless given permission by the other character's owner. Power-playing is when you take control over someone else's character and make them do things.

For an example of what not to do:

My character (MC) walks around. Your character (YC) sits and scratches behind his ear. MC growls and lunges towards YC and YC runs away.

3) If your roleplay is taking a turn for the mature (sexual themes) please do us all a favor and take them into the pms. If your roleplay is going to be excessively violent or center on dark, disturbing themes, please put a warning in the first post or title of the thread.
